Volunteers
FBA has a long and strong tradition of volunteer work. We started as a volunteer organisation in the aftermath of the Indian Ocean Tsunami, and since its formal inception, FBA has seen more than 35 local, national and international volunteers, contribute to the development and implementation of our programs and activities.
Many volunteers have approached us directly, while others have responded to the calls of Indonesia and partner countries to bring their specific skills to Aceh. FBA has enjoyed the opportunity to share its work, dreams and aspiration with so many motivated and dedicated people. We are grateful to them all and celebrate a long lasting friendship with them and the countries they represent.
